WARRANTY POLICY – BOOMBOLT
BOOMBOLT Original branded products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in stitching, zippers and workmanship for 12 months.
This warranty applies to all products in travel category of products and not covered by warranty on the product’s packaging, hangtag and/or label, or product purchased from an unauthorized dealer or seller.
If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion based on the genuinity of the issue on the product.
This warranty covers only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship of any Boombolt product.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
Any warranty claim will be entertained on products bought only from India.
Warranty can be claimed against Original Bill / Invoice from the Seller / Manufacturer in India only.
All warranty claims has to be communicated through e-mail of the original owner directly or through dealers / sellers to firstname.lastname@example.org along with original bill / invoice.
Claims on wear and tear that would not be covered under warranty include colors fading, abrasions on the bottom of packs or at the pockets from rubbing due to usage and general
breakdown of the materials over the year.
We are under a legal duty to supply products that comply with the contract for the sale of products between you and us. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so if your goods are faulty we will refund you or replace them within the warranty mentioned or attached along with the product. All genuine warranty claims along with the defected product will be collected by the dealer / seller and shipped to Boombolt Manufacturing facility for quality check and scrutiny.
After identification of the nature of defects, the defect will be cleared, product will be sanitized, washed, dried and quality checked before shipped back to the dealer / seller.
If the issue persists, under genuine conditions, the owner of the product will get a replacement of the same product.
