Our website provides a range of services including but not limited to, enabling you to publish, sell, comment on, promote, and purchases products; interact with other members; and receive the benefits including payment processing, transaction handling, product manufacturing, packaging, order fulfilment, and customer service.

WHY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you use the Site to purchase a Product or upload any material onto the Site / Facebook / Instagram or any social media handles, you are confirming to us that you agree to the then current T&Cs. They are legally binding on us both.
Please read them before sending or uploading any kind of material. We keep on updating the terms and conditions as and when required and necessary for developmental activities of the brand.

• our Delivery Policy, where we tell you about delivery options for a Product and any restrictions on where we can deliver or extra charges (“Delivery Policy”); and

BUYING / PURCHASE: DEFINITION OF BUYING FROM BOOMBOLT
When you choose to buy a product from us, just like all purchases, there’s a contract in place for that sale.
Your order via the website for a Product is an offer to buy that Product from us. When we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation email listing each Product you have requested to buy and an estimated delivery date along with price of the product.
This order confirmation email is acceptance of your offer by us. At that point a contract will be made between us for you to buy, and for us to sell, the Product that you have requested to buy.
You’ll know when we have despatched a Product, and when it is delivered to your doorstep through e-mails, SMS and WhatsApp messages.
By using services of www.boombolt.in, you agree to receiving promotional or information content relevant to The Souled Store through the medium of SMS or Email or both. Once you place an order with us, you automatically get subscribed to our order related WhatsApp notifications.
BOOMBOLT LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed accounts or accounts, that have been inactive for extended periods of time, without providing any prior notice, and at its sole discretion.
PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
The price of any Products will be as quoted on our website from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. These prices include GST and delivery cost.
See our Delivery Policy for more information on this. Despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our website may be incorrectly priced. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our website, we may either contact you and ask you if you would like to proceed with the order at the correct price, or we may contact you to tell you that we have cancelled your order (and you will then need to place a new order if you still wish to buy the Product). We may change the prices on a day-to-day basis or a weekly basis based on customer traffic, seasonal discounts and search engine optimization requirements. Once your purchase is confirmed by us through e-mail or any other means of contact, consider that the sale is made at that price mentioned in the invoice.
We accept payment via the payment methods shown in the payment gateway page.
By placing an order on the website, you confirm that the payment details provided by you are valid and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. No payment is refundable if your address is invalid and delivered there.
RETURN AND REFUND
We at BOOMBOLT LIFESTYLE PRIVATE LIMITED strive to provide you the best quality product of your choice with utmost importance. However, if you are not happy with the order that you have received for any reason, you can mail us at email@example.com
Returning a purchased product?
Once you request a return, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address. Reverse Pickup facility is only available for pin codes supported for Reverse Pickups by our courier partners. You will need to keep the product(s) packed and ready for pick-up.
Conditions of Return?
Once the returned item(s) are received back, they will be checked and we will issue credits in your WULFPAC Wallet for the value of the products returned. (Cash on Delivery handling charges are non-refundable). You can then use these credits to place a new order.
Items will have to be unused and returned within 15 days of delivery. If our checking team finds out the product is in good condition only will the return process be initiated. If the product is used in anyway and tags removed, our return policy restricts us from providing any refund.
Our Checking Process?
We check products to ensure that they are unused and in the same condition as they were when they were sent out to you. All products with tags should have the brand tags intact, products with removed tags indicate usage and will not be accepted for returns.
How long to process the return?
Once you request a return, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address. Once the returned product reaches us, we will take it in for checking. This process will take 7-10 working days from the date of raising the return request.
Part Order Return?
You can return a part of an order. In this case, any discounts, coupons, or combo offers applied on your whole order will not be considered when processing these returns.
Limit on number of returns?
The same product cannot be returned more than 2 times. We reserve the right to refuse a return in case of any abuse of the Returns process.
To let us know you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please keep a copy of your cancellation email. Once you have emailed us, please follow the instructions in our Returns Policy on how to return the Product to us.
We will issue you with a refund within 7days of your purchase. Once your order is shipped from us and the tracking shows in transit or shipped or delivered, this will be considered as a sale only return will be possible. (Refer Return policy)
If you would like to exchange your Product for a different size or colour, please let us know within 30 days of the date of receipt of the Product. Please follow the section above on cancelling your order and, at the time you cancel your order, just tell us that you’d like an exchange instead of receiving a refund.
If the size/colour you have requested in exchange is unavailable we’ll let you know and issue you with a refund instead.
We are under a legal duty to supply products that comply with the contract for the sale of products between you and us. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so if your goods are faulty we will refund you or replace them within the warranty mentioned or attached along with the product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in accordance with our returns policy. If you are not happy with the response you receive or anything else about your experience with us, you can contact our customer service mail email@example.com.
Once our customer services team have received your complaint, we will acknowledge it by email within 24 working hours. If your issue is straight forward, we will be in touch with a resolution within 72 working hours of sending the acknowledgment to you.
If you do not feel that your complaint has been fully resolved when you receive the final response from our customer service team, please let our customer services team know and they will refer your complaint to our complaints team. Our complaints team will deal with your complaint in line with the timescales set out above.
If you are still unhappy with the resolution and you have purchased in store, you can contact a certified alternative dispute resolution provider within the jurisdiction of the state of Karnataka to help negotiate a solution with us and we will co-operate fully with this process.
